Do Not Sell
Do Not Sell or Share My Info
Last updated: 2026-07-31
In effect from: July 2026
Residents of California (under the CCPA/CPRA) and of other US states with comprehensive privacy laws can opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. This page explains the position at Rampritual and the routes available.
What Triggers This Right
- We should be clear about scope. Your personal information is not sold for money. Where advertising is served, though, identifiers may be shared with advertising partners, and because these laws define ‘sale’ and ‘sharing’ expansively, that sharing may fall within them. The opt-out is offered on that basis.
- No prior relationship with Rampritual is needed — the right belongs to every visitor to rampritual.com.
Afterwards
The change is to targeting alone: identifiers stop being shared, and any ads shown become generic. Site access is completely unaffected, and no reader is penalised for opting out.
Opting Out
To exercise the right: enable Global Privacy Control in your browser (honoured automatically, no message needed); or refuse advertising cookies via the consent banner where shown; or send an email to hello@rampritual.com with the subject ‘Do Not Sell or Share’. We will not ask you to create an account to do this.
The full list of applicable state rights lives in the State Privacy Notice.
